Floor & Home Highlights

Kitchen — A palette of whites with gray and brown accents creates a classic and sophisticated look. The base and wall cabinets are Tundra white, while the island is shown in the Rustic Caviar finish, creating a wonderful contrast. In addition to contrast with the cabinet finishes, a deep charcoal diamond-shaped mosaic tile serves as the backsplash. Countertops are quartz in the color Pietra.

Wood Floors — Multi-width 1/2″ French Oak Hardwood floors installed throughout the first floor.

Powder Bath — Natural stone mosaic tile laid in a chic chevron pattern adds an enlivened feel to the floors. The color of the vanity is Rustic Caviar.

Owner’s Bath — The double vanity is in the Rustic Caviar color, coupled with a white marbled quartz countertop with gray marbling that gives the space a rich and luxurious feel. 16-inch by 32-inch stone-look tile floors set the stage for the walk-in shower. To the right of the vanity is a walk-in double shower where glossy white subway tiles surround the walls, and taupe and coffee-colored mosaics lend aid to the overall design.
