Midtown Indigo: Shades of Blue & White

Cool blues, welcoming whites, and hickory hardwood floors take center stage in this project we call, Midtown Indigo. Floor & Home Highlights: Custom walk-in shower complete with a rectified, polished, white Carrara marble-inspired tile in master shower suite. Black marbled tile with white veining, at garage entry and laundry room floors. Rustic, durable, oak-inspired luxury vinyl plank (LVP) covers the floors in the lower level in the rec room and at the wet bar area. Glossy grey, off-set subway tile backsplash in the kitchen adds a mute touch of character and charm.
Urban Skyline: Modern Farmhouse

Urban Skyline: Modern Farmhouse, completed in the Spring of 2020 offering a rustic, open feel with spaces for learning and play. Floor & Home Highlights Main Level Flooring: Installed as a floating floor, rigid (LVP) vinyl floor resembling gray, medium oak hardwood is seen in the kitchen, great room, laundry, and upper loft. The walk-in shower features a contemporary concrete look using porcelain tile. Pressed, hexagon patterned glass mosaics accent the shower wall and niche above the bench.
Modern Farmhouse + French Country

Modern Farmhouse meets French Country to create an ambiance that is both timeless and inviting in a one-of-a-kind project we call, A Queen’s Sanctuary. Floor & Home Highlights: Laundry Room: black and white tile emulating a hand-painted floor. Main Level, Hardwood Flooring: White oak wood floors detailed with wire-brushing. Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry Wall Tile: White, glazed ceramic tile in a herringbone design, as well as in the master bath on the shower walls. The guest bath in this home features a reproduction marble-look porcelain tile. Other thoughtfully designed elements… include a feature wall with chevron shiplap and Amish-made exposed wood beams in the great room and kitchen. A charming 8-inch wide, wire-brushed white oak hardwood can be seen throughout the main level. Adorning the floors in the lower level is a 6-inch by 48-inch luxury vinyl plank resembling brushed oak. The laundry room features an eye-catching black & white patterned tile that emulates a hand-painted floor. A 3-inch by 12-inch white, glazed ceramic tile installed in double herringbone design finds its home in the kitchen & butler’s pantry as a backsplash, and also in the master bath as the shower walls. Another bathroom in this home features a beautiful 12-inch by 24-inch reproduction of marble look porcelain tile. Look for other thoughtfully designed elements such as the feature walls with chevron shiplap and Amish-made exposed wood beams in the great room and kitchen. Chocolate Caviar: Classy + Chic home styling and design with modern farmhouse traits in the suburbs of Dane County, WI. Floor & Home Highlights Kitchen — A palette of whites with gray and brown accents creates a classic and sophisticated look. The base and wall cabinets are Tundra white, while the island is shown in the Rustic Caviar finish, creating a wonderful contrast. In addition to contrast with the cabinet finishes, a deep charcoal diamond-shaped mosaic tile serves as the backsplash. Countertops are quartz in the color Pietra. Wood Floors — Multi-width 1/2″ French Oak Hardwood floors installed throughout the first floor. Powder Bath — Natural stone mosaic tile laid in a chic chevron pattern adds an enlivened feel to the floors. The color of the vanity is Rustic Caviar. Owner’s Bath — The double vanity is in the Rustic Caviar color, coupled with a white marbled quartz countertop with gray marbling that gives the space a rich and luxurious feel. 16-inch by 32-inch stone-look tile floors set the stage for the walk-in shower. To the right of the vanity is a walk-in double shower where glossy white subway tiles surround the walls, and taupe and coffee-colored mosaics lend aid to the overall design.
