Southerleigh Charm
Southerleigh Charm is a home design idea that mixes conventional and transitional style features.
White, grey, and chocolate brown are just a handful of the relaxing color palettes used throughout the house. Hand-scraped hickory wood floors define the living area level. Ceramic tile simulates the grandeur of natural stone in the garage entryway, which also serves as a mudroom and laundry drop zone.
- In the kitchen, a beautiful grey-honed marble backsplash softens the contrast between the Caviar-colored island and Tundra white cabinets. The quartz countertops have little silver veining and an ocean of pristine white.
- An enticing waltz of delicate whites and hazy grays come together for a magnificent version of a traditional marble tile in the owner’s bath.
- A stone backsplash and floating wooden shelves provide intrigue while blending traditional and modern elements to the home bar. The floor, in color Shadow, is a 7-in. x 48-in. luxury vinyl plank (LVP) designed for high-traffic areas and provides spill and stain resistance.
