Project:

Midwestern Transitional

Completed 2021

Midwestern Transitional open-concept, two-story transitional home set in rural Dane County, Wisconsin using natural and neutral tones throughout.

Midwestern Transitional Bathroom

The bathroom floors take on a stone look using a large format porcelain tile, showcasing the veining of rare marble. In the shower, the walls are 3-in. x 12-in. off-white subway tile, with soft undulating surfaces and edges. Installed in a chevron pattern on the shower floor, marbled tile in the color Organza adds interest and sophisticated style to the shower floors; pairs well with the chevron design in the niche.

Luxury Vinyl Floors

Wood-look LVP flooring in the color Ash Oak is installed throughout the main living level. A luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in the color Pietra Jasper provides real stone esthetics in the laundry room and upstairs bathroom floor.

Hip to Be Square

A white, 5-in. x 5-in. square Spanish tile creates the backsplash, adding glamour and elegance to the kitchen. Gray grout adds contrast and frames the tiles, calling attention to the dark forest green cabinets and natural walnut hood range.
