Floor & Home Highlights:

• Custom walk-in shower complete with a rectified, polished, white Carrara marble-inspired tile in master shower suite.
• Black marbled tile with white veining, at garage entry and laundry room floors.
• Rustic, durable, oak-inspired luxury vinyl plank (LVP) covers the floors in the lower level in the rec room and at the wet bar area.
• Glossy grey, off-set subway tile backsplash in the kitchen adds a mute touch of character and charm.
